13.68 Acre Oceanfront Home, Sunshine Coast, BC, Canada

Completely private and road accessible forested acreage with 600 ft of stunning oceanfront. Includes a nicely finished 4 bedroom home overlooking Okeover Inlet. World renowned Desolation Sound is only a 10 minute boat ride away.

This is a truly private oceanfront sanctuary situated on 13.68 acres of mature forest lands, you cannot see any neighbors nor can they see you. It is extremely private because of the enormous fir, cedar and hemlock trees throughout the property.

A private driveway enters the property on the lower half of D’angio Road. The driveway is nicely improved with a winding country estate feel through the forest leading down toward the home and the waterfront.

As you get near the home you start to see rays of light breaking through the forest canopy and suddenly a clearing surrounding the home starts to immerge. Lawn and garden areas surrounding the home provide a nice open space to enjoy the ocean views from all areas surrounding the home.

A road continues passed the home down to the water’s edge to a location where there is a pending foreshore application in its final stages. This pending application is for the construction of a permanent dock. The foreshore area has great deep water and shelter for moorage year-round.

Within this area of the property there is also other building sites on land should you wish to construct another dwelling on the property. Combined with the rural zoning and “No” building permit process there really are not too many restrictions on future development of additional structures.

The home originally constructed in 1979, was last renovated in 2006. It is very well maintained and is in good condition. It is a level entry home with walkout basement consisting of approx. 2,536 finished square feet 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a large separate office space and covered sundeck.

The home features include:

  • Hardwood floors
  • Large windows
  • Walk-in full pantry with built in cabinets
