SUMMARY

Stunning 19.5-acre private island located within the Discovery Island Group. The Discovery Islands are a group of islands located at the northern end of the Salish Sea and the eastern end of Johnstone Strait, between Vancouver Island and the Mainland.

Dunsterville Island is nestled in Hoskyn Channel between Quadra and Read Islands. It is easily accessible from Campbell River and offers unparalleled privacy, situated adjacent to Read Island Provincial Park. This island is unimproved with a variety of potential building sites to choose from. The island is beautifully covered with mature fir, hemlock, arbutus, and pine trees, providing a serene natural environment with coves, cliffs and a beautiful beach to explore.

The waters surrounding Dunsterville Island boast some of the best fishing in North America, with snapper, salmon, and rock cod just steps from your door. This island is the perfect canvas for building what you desire. Zoning permits one primary residence and one secondary residence.
